Returns

Reporting Problems. If you have any problems with your order, please email us immediately at smile@dancingskunks.com. If you are missing any pieces to your order please contact us within 5 business days to report the missing pieces, and we will then process the request for parts. This process can take up to 14 days depending on availability.

All sales are final, no returns granted on products.

Damaged Items. If items arrive damaged, we reserve the right to replace the damaged part or send out a new item to satisfy the order. If you do not want a replaced item, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and a restocking fee of 25%.

Canceled Items. Transactions already processed that are cancelled after 24 hours incur a transaction fee charged by our credit card companies.
